Bring the Pain Workout

I recently came across this "99 Workout," that consists of 9 sets. The first set starts at 99 reps of jumping jacks, crunches, knee lifts, a 99 second wall sit followed by 9 pushups. The second set goes to 88 and so on down to 22. I tried it out and it was very interesting but it was definitely missing a lot of stuff. I feel like a runner came up with the idea so I decided to add my own twist to it with many additional exercises while trying to avoid using the same exercises in other sets. I call it "Bring the Pain Workout."
